Add a few extra seeds and some tender loving care to your seasonal garden and try your hand at growing a prize-winning crop. Registration is now open and will be open until one week before the contest judging. The proud grower of the biggest pumpkin will be going home with $250 cash! Prizes will also be awarded to the second and third-place finishers.

Be sure to get your plants in the ground with plenty of time! The judging for the biggest pumpkin will take place on Saturday, September 3 at 12:00 PM. See our recommended planting and growing schedule for each crop below.

Prior to judging, all contestants will be required to submit a photo of their produce in their garden at harvesting.
